- Pick-up in store : free, available directly after confirmation of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you order, based on the weight, volume and destination of your items. Shipping costs are completely free for any order over €100 in mainland France excluding promotional items.

Delivery problems
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame or if your package arrives damaged:
