At Mephisto , your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, we have implemented a simple and transparent return policy.
Return conditions
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, labels and associated packaging are included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
Return procedure
Prepare your return :
- Make a return request in order to receive the correct return
- Place the items to be returned in their original packaging
- Add the return slip or a copy of your invoice.
- You also have the option of returning your items to our Biarritz store.
Exchange and Refund :
Return are free of charge only for mainland France and for a first exchange request ( different model or different size ). For any refund, second exchange or return from abroad, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Confirmation and processing :
- Once the package is received and checked, you will receive an email confirming the status of your return.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products. Promotional items are not refundable but will result in a credit note.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order, please:
- Contact us at mephistobiarritz@gmail.com or 05 59 24 03 30 within 48 hours of receipt.
- Attach photos of the item in question to facilitate processing.
We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
